Thick Vinyl paper?

I'm not sure if this is the place for this post, so forgive me if it's not.

I'm doing this project where I'm in need of Clear Vinyl sticker paper (8mil or thicker) to get some helmet decals/logos printed off. Where would I be able to find something like this? I've seen some places on the internet, but they don't do custom artwork, and the ones that do charge an outrageous price and require 50-100+ as a minimum when I only need 20 or so.

I suppose if I need to I could go with 4 mil as well. I just need it to be clear and not so thin as to let the helmet color show through the decal.

I do a lot of bike graphics and can print on clear.. my only limitations is white ink.. My printer lacks this capability.

So are you looking to just source the vinyl or for someone to print the stickers?
