    Default printing metal

Recently one of the GPers wrote regarding printing metal. the ghist is that you can print metal with almost any ink, but whether it sticks or resists scratching or wear (in the case of an amp faceplate, for example...) is a whole other story.

so...I thought I would post a really good article I came across on what it takes to print metal properly from a couple of my smarter buds over at Nazdar.

the article is in the premium section.

that was me - and the dude who wanted to print on metal is in a Pantera cover band called American Hardcore. Ugh. Just thought I'd throw that in there.

Was just the other day on a PM but basically the same Erin. Hardcore what? printing metal is one of screenprinting's repeating questions, and the ones who can answer usually have a steady stream of specialty customers who pay what is asked.

I love a piece of enameled steel, pretty well one of the longest lasting finishes around.

The best metal for printing is probably Morbid Angel, but Iron Maiden is always a sure-fire choice!
