hi all: I'm approaching my third print and now it's time to test how durable my emulsion is. I use Kiian's double SV purple emulsion (I print with vinilic inks on paper) and emulsion has been sitting into my frigde for a couple of months now.
after opening the can it seemed a little too stiff so I diluted it with very little water: after coating I had the feeling that the emulsion coverage was a little uneven (maybe less transparent in some areas than others)
what to do in this cases?
a) there's no problem at all and I should not listen to the ghosts in my mind;
b) another coat after the first has dried will do no harm and ensure a better coverage;
c) avoid another coating like hell.
d) (fill in with your suggestion)
thanks in advance for all your kind replies![]()
