Default Leaky roof + me being lazy = water in plastisol ink

So, the shop I work for is in an old building that has a pretty leaky roof in the winter. So far all the leaks have been in areas that don't really affect anything (the hall, the kitchen, etc.). But last night we sprung a leak in the print room right above our 8-color manual. I'm lazy and I don't tend to cap the plastisol ink ::facepalm:: so a couple gallons that were on top of the press got a bit of water in them, not too bad, just a bit of a puddle. And one of the screens on press pretty much got filled. Does anyone know how fuxed water will make plastisol? I just used some paper towels and soaked the water off the top, but I'm wondering if I need to throw away a good bit of the ink....not the whole gallon....I would think just scraping the top layer off and trashing it would be good enough? Or do you think it will be fine with just soaking the water off the top and giving it a good mixing?

soak it up, let it evaporate. oil and water don't mix.

the main thing to make sure you got it all. If it gets in the ink, you may have voids or it may attack the screens.

"Oil and water don't mix." This is exactly what I was thinking. Soaked up as much as I could, makes sense to let it sit and evaporate a little before I use it...glad I didn't stir it in! Good thing I don't need to print any royal blue or brown today....

Lesson of the day: Cap your damn ink!

You'll be fine I think. The heat of the dryer will probably do the rest.
