Default TW inks in europe ?? /or alternative ?

    Hi guys,
I've been reading quite a lot of posts on ink lately, and people seem to really like the TW inks.
I'm sick of the matte finish i get from SB... is it possible to buy TW inks somewhere in Europe ?

I've send emails to the company (couple of weeks ago), but haven't heard from them.

Or is there a good alternative ? (Waterbased with a glossy finish)

    Best,
    Rasmus

TW are affilated with Manoukian /Argon in Italy. try them. Weiderhold used to make an excellent WB, but i don't know who owns them anymore or if they are still around - Coates/Colonial? And Marabu? Seems like there should be some good WB inks.

I use Lascaux. You can get a whole range of different WB inks and use them for SP with their paste and varnish.

Andy: Cool - thanks ! I'll give them a call

Diego: You just mix the varnish into the ink right ?

Well I've tried lots of different thinngs as it's pretty versatile. It depends on the level of transparency you want but I think it's varnish and paste. This book: Screenprinting: The Complete Water-based System: Amazon.co.uk: Robert Adam, Carol Robertson: Books
is great because they give you lots of mixing tips and all with Lascaux.

In Italy you can contact KIIAN at KIIAN.IT

They are affiliated to TW graphics. I use them (just them!)

Hey guys I'm currently at the Daler Rowney US headqurters testing out their screenprinting inks. They have a cool base and tint system (the pigments are very high quality). I'm told that they are quite easy to get in Europe. Distributors, UK = Hobby Craft, France= Cultura, US = Dick Blick.
