Registration needs to be solid, it's much easier on light shirts rather than dark, and what Andymac said (altho that's pretty much a given).

Yip, wet on wet on light shirts is great. With darks you have to flash. This will only work on a really solid press. The screen needs to hit the exact spot on every print. If there is any play at all in it you'll get really muddy prints as the ink build up on the bottom of the screen will also print down. Im sure someone can explain this in better english for you

What more better English than from an Irishman. Its only the English that can't speak proper English.
    Oh, and the Americans too.

the essence of wet on wet is (a) your art is butt register/does not trap, and (b) your press holds register, so when the second screen touches the 1st print, it is always in the same place, on the backside of the second screen.

If you get a buildup of ink on the back of screen #2, then clean it occasionally.

If you do have art that overlaps (like an underbase, etc) then you have to flash.

So you don't have micros? I wouldn't try it on anything that is registration critical then.
