    Default Mesh keeps ripping

I moved shops this year and in my new shop I have had 5 screens break. 2 of which I washed out and left to dry. Then come back the next morning and the mesh has ripped. I have checked the edges of everything that comes in contact with the mesh and have not felt anything that seems like it is going to hurt the screen.

My last shop had a mesh rip unless I did it by accident. This is getting old and I'm already broke.

I know there are a million variables but just looking for ideas.

I've never heard of a screen left alone just ripping by itself, unless some caustic substance is left on it (haze remover?)

Is there a big hole shaped like the Kool Aid man?

We had pigeons in our shop when we first moved in.
Could be you have mice or rats or marmots.
My brother was doing some field work and every time they came back to camp their equipment was ruined.
Turned out marmots would invade when they left and they'd eat everything with wires. They had to station somebody at camp with a broom to chase them away.

this has happened to us many times. I think its mainly due to a hole in the screen that just finally gives out at a random time.
