Default best way to cut down a squeegee?

I have a huge squeegee I rarely use and would like to turn it into 2 shorter but more useful squeegees. I have various saws available to me, what's the best way to chop this thing up without ruining the blade?

    This.

Slow and easy. Squeegee rubber towards the back, saw cutting wood first, then rubber.

Sand the sides and corners down accordingly.

I just cut one down today with a compound miter saw and was surprised at how great it worked. I faced the squeegee blade toward the saw, against the backstop, then cut real slow like.
