    Default Drying System

Hi all, please forgive me if this is something that's come up before, I'm not a frequent visitor to the forums. But also feel free to provide a link to old threads that address this. I'm starting a print studio here in DC with a friend, very small, and need a way to get prints to dry... I'd rather not use the clothesline method because it's not very fast, esp if I'm not working with a helper, and I'd like to avoid buying a big wire rack with springs etc. But we'd get one of those if it came to it. Successes with alternative systems?

My prints are usually 13x22" or thereabouts, runs of 35-200. Thanks in advance.

I built my shelf rack thing. The plans are on here somewhere. Search function is your friend. I think it's also in my flickr. The only adjustment from the plans is the addition of barces in the front because the weight made the structure bow near the bottom.

4 banquet tables, stacked 2 and 2, we dried 100 20x26 posters at flatstock wit that. Then you can have a feast after.

or follow Tuffy's suggestion. I think the plan sets are all collected in the premium section. Support the site, the site supports you.

Thanks fellows. Tuffy, nice rack. Maybe I'll build one just for storage too.
