Mine doesn't have a squeegee pressure regulator, but I haven't seen the need for it as the height/balance controls give me plenty of control over pressure. I figured pressure control would be redundant.
Mat Daly down the hall has a Daytona and it has a pneumatic pressure control, called "squeegeelizer" which sounds pretty rad, but I don't think he has the height controls I do. I just figured they were two ways of achieving the same thing.
I'd love to see you plans, send them over.
Here's a weird issue I've been having- sometimes at the back of the cycle there will be a delay in the floodbar dropping back down. If I have the press set to rest flooded, this means it dumps my ink at the back of the screen and I have to pull dry. It seems to happen at the start of a run (annoyingly, when I'm fine tuning registration, and am most likely to rest flooded) or if the press has been idle for a few minutes. My gut tells me I've got an air leak somewhere, causing this.
