I was printing with 125 mesh, but then I extracted my head from my colon and went with 225. All is well, now...

Versatex, Speedball, Ryonet Enviroline which is repackaged Matsui? housepaint, tw graphics, pretty much whatever I can get my hands on. I seem to have more speedball than anything else these days.

lay it on the rack to acclimatize to the humidity of the print room. If you just crack the package and start printing, the paper can change up to 1/16 or 1/8" as it absorbs or loses moisture, depending on the difference from the mill where it was packaged, and whatever is happening in your shop.

If you print it without doing this, you risk it changing after the first colour dries and the paper resizes - you will find the second and subsequent colours won't match up

We use Speedball for everything except black, which is sometimes TW, sometimes Speedball, oftentimes Jacquard, and most often a megamix of all of that stuff. But yeah, we haven't made the leap to TW yet. And we always pre-rack that isht now, which is especially crucial for the CMYK stuff.
