70-75 - don't press so hard, and make your angle more up and down, less flopped over, the blade won't bend as easy.

I love 70-75. I hardly ever use my harder squeegees anymore.

The Saturn rules.
I think I posted a pic back when I got it.
It took me a few jobs to get the squeegee/flood angle and pressure worked out, but now it's all dialed in. Registration is damn near perfect.
When I think of all the ridiculous work-arounds and constraints the the Lawson required, I wonder why I relied on it so long.
My capabilities have expanded.

I'm keeping the Lawson set up and have done a few jobs on it because:
-I can haul ass on it, faster than the Saturn
-smaller screens = less emulsion and easier cleanup
-totally adequate for many jobs that are low-coverage, 1-color, small size, etc.
-It's quiet because I run it off-contact without vacuum.
-backup, workflows, etc

The Lawson was a VW bug. The Saturn is a Mercedes.
Nice thing about a VW bug is that you can fix it with a swiss army knife.
Now I need to get some floodbars with wings.
