I like to print most of my stuff for quality control...but when i do outsource I use printers that I know do a great job, the Half and Half and Delicious Design League are two I have used. Basically do whatever is gonna suit you best. But yeah I end up making more money printing myself...

If you stick it out, you'll be upgrading your equipment constantly. We started with 2 jiffy clamps and spray mount on a countertop. 2.5 years later we're running our 2nd semi auto.
