2009 GP Calendar Process Thread

Here we go.

First up, Sept/Oct/Nov. Sorry this has taken so long.




1st color blue. Lots of little things to adjust on the press as I get printing, but it works good. My screens fit with 1/4" to spare. Still no exposing on site &^*&#+@!!, I'm making them at the college here, washing them on the lawn. SBlake at Monsterpress is doing all the films for this, and take a bow Steve Chanks and the artists for getting it to this point.



Line up 2nd film for green



Corner and edge tabs in place



Use the micros to move the image/table into register with the screen.



Green down. Paper has shifted a bit with all that wet ink, the temp in the shop is 62. At least the ink is not drying in.


Next the black.

Next film arrives soon. I'll be printing until we get this done, hopefully before Christmas! Clay and Steve are working out the sales details, it will be announced on GP for premiums first.
