i'm about to post like 20something pictures documenting my Polaris Music poster for Metric.
Sorry to folks who are on dial-up

the poster:

an idea: girl's legs standing on top of a broken vinyl record

smashed some vinyls i bought at the goodwill, stood on top of them and got my friend to take a picture

scanned the stuff onto the computer. then deciding on the colors

preparing the positives

exposure set up in my tiny bathroom

burn

wash

my portable printing unit

black...

a little something for myspace

evil alice corp's little slave, DJ.

DJ's reward for helping out: an apple mmm.

used this for registration..

...and DONE.
The blue turned out darker than I wanted. I suck at mixing colors.

time for bed.
school starts tomorrow! Eeee!
