The 230 is good. The 110 is a little low of a mesh count for paper, but usable on some images. It's good for t-shirt printing too though.

To the vac table question. I'm building a vac table of somewhere around 40x40"

As for the screen counts, though not good reasoning, here's my reasoning for those choices.

230 - was the highest detail mesh I could go at victory factory sale section
110 - I've read somewhere about people having problems getting metallics to work with the higher mesh counts and saw them recommend 110 mesh for metallics. I'm going to try with the 230 mesh first, but if that doesn't work then I've got the 110 mesh as backup. I also knew that I could count on the 110 mesh for T-shirts once I get this first poster project out of the way.

Well, its been some days....have you begun outwardly shouting obscenities while crying over screens yet? Or maybe started to spike those Cokes with a little somthin-somtin?..hows the progress?
    Smooth sailing?
