This was probably covered somewhere and I missed it, but how do you register your prints? I see no marks of any kind, unless I'm completely blind which is totally possible.
There are little tiny targets, three on each side. Once I get the prints registered, I tape these off.
On a print like this with a lot of colors I allocate a bunch of prints to get registration and color fine tuned, so at the end I've got like 25+ dead prints with unmasked marks and minor misregistration. Usually it doesn't take that many.

Here's my highly scientific method of checking color.
Color #16 screen on the press. Black 1. Gaze into the gaping maw.
Nicole printing color #16. Cosby sweater in full fizzle.

Dan, what lb. of paper are you using? For 17 colors those prints are look insanely flat.
