AMAZING work!
This was probably covered somewhere and I missed it, but how do you register your prints? I see no marks of any kind, unless I'm completely blind which is totally possible.
There are little tiny targets, three on each side. Once I get the prints registered, I tape these off.
On a print like this with a lot of colors I allocate a bunch of prints to get registration and color fine tuned, so at the end I've got like 25+ dead prints with unmasked marks and minor misregistration. Usually it doesn't take that many.
You can see the marks here:

Here's my highly scientific method of checking color.

Alright now I've got to go spend seven hours in a car with a 4.5 year old and a baby.
I'll try to finish this up tomorrow, with shots of the final and an animation showing all the layers in sequence.
Jacob van Loon put up a process thread yesterday about his painting for this show. It is beautiful, check it out.

This is crazy. And awesome. Lots of good process threads going on right now.

Juicy Flavoring Cats?
This, along with your other work, is great. Thanks for the shout out, maybe at some point we can show under the same roof in Chicago somewhere
Dan, what lb. of paper are you using? For 17 colors those prints are look insanely flat.
