Nice idea for a series of prints, and some awesome bands and artists involved. Good work.

After a few days without internet Comcast finally showed up. Now we are connected to the world once again! Heres an update on the printing process.


Day 4:

We finished printing the red layer with a new screen and then moved onto a very small white highlight on the lips/whites in the eyes which printed fast. It was cold out, I was unhappy about it, sorry about the miserable face:




Day 4/5:

At the end of day 4 we started printing the dark grey keylines which needed to be printed twice to get the right coverage over prior layers. It took us two screens and close to two days to get through this color, but I wanted to make sure this layer printed just right.



Day 6:

Just printed the creme outlines to the crown of roses. Its hard to tell from the phone but it is a yellow creme, not white.

Sorry folks for the delay in follow through on this thread! Technical problems regarding the main computer/the only one with a photo card reader. Received a nice virus in a clients image file last week which took the PC straight to blue screen of death. I knew I should have paid the extra cash for a Mac!

Long story short. I have the final process photos on our camera and all of the prints were tubed and shipped out over a week ago. I should have the computer running again in a few days, fingers crossed.

We are sold out of our copies besides a few I held back to take to SXSW/Flatstock. We did ship some copies to Gaslight/El Jefe. I don't know how/where they plan on selling their copies if they decide to sell any of them. Sorry for lack of information.
