Did you solve your reclaiming problems?
Reclaiming used to be a nightmare for me, but thanks to the wisdom here at GP I made two changes which made a world of difference:
(1) Post-exposing my screens to Mr Sun after stencil burn washout but before printing. This makes sure all emulsion in the screen is fully cooked before it has a chance to react with inks, etc. Chemical reactions with underexposed emulsion seem to be the #1 cause of problems while reclaiming.
(2) I switched to Strip-E-Doo as my reclaimer. This is a soy-based reclaimer by Franmar, and it is amazing. Reclaiming has now transformed from a nightmare of anguish to total joy -- easy, reliable, and does not require a pressure washer. I use a big nylon scrubbie pad, and a garden hose sprayer with warm water. Follow the link for a demo.
Thank you so much for this thread! It has literally been my go to for questions.
