Ok, I'm late to this party - but that "Photomerge" thing you talked about in Photoshop...Holy crikes! You just saved me hours of work. How did I not know about this? A million thanks - I just did a test with one, and compared it to a version that I had hand-stitched - the Photomerge one is even better. And all I had to do was hit a button and sit back.
