no offense... but the angle of the J and Y should be the same.... and the M's should be exactly the same... freehand I can let it slide... but if you go to illustrator they should be perfect...

What everyone said, especially about the J and Y angles matching and the M's needing to be the same. Definitely with this kind of logo, I would want letters to match. I know you said it's still in progress so I'm sure you probably planned on fixing these things anyway. Good stuff dude
