print with blends

thought you might like this, not a rock poster, but it has some flesh ripping ravens hanging around in the trees.


1st color sky, these were the smooth blends for the main edition


then we did some special effects ones, playing a bit, splashing/dribbling inks on the screen before the flood - cirrus clouds?


Added a water blend on the bottom, plus a sun.


added 2 mountain colours, both had blends


5 colors down - we printed some without the sun, for variables later


Phillips Brewery Blue Buck - essential ink mixing liquid


burning the last 2 colors on my brokenassedbrokenglass exposing frame.
Every time I turned it on I figured it was going to let go. Never doubt the power of duct tape.


the last 2 colors down, a gold and black. We are going to hit the black more, add some texture to hide the b/g lines from the undercolour. Lesson learned.

2/3 gold, 1/3 copper powder in TW clear.

more ohpaker, more powder eh?

the 2nd colour on the water is pearl in clear with a bit o' labbats blue.
