A reminder to all GP Members

Hey Guys,

Just a reminder to everyone that selling items (posters, shirts etc) in the forums is not allowed.

If you are having a sale on your website and want to advertise it here - use a banner ad.

If you have a new poster that you want to sell - use a classified ad.

There have been quite a few instances lately of people breaking this rule and I would like it to stop. It is not fair to everyone else.

No one is to blame here .. Its not really clearly stated anywhere.

I built the classifieds to consolidate sales in a nice way on the site to avoid a million forum threads of people selling posters in assorted ways. With the classifieds system, people can search, compare and shop in one easy place. It works better for everyone.

I have also never heard anyone complain about my banner ad rates .. they are a good deal for those who want to push people to their websites.
