Fix Warped Wood...HELP!!!

How do you unwarp a 2x4? I'm making a washout booth, but the wood is not cooperating. Do you have any ideas? Here is the line to what I am building.

I'll probably have to start over and get straight wood next time. I thought it was straight, but it could have warped in the garage.

Any help is greatly appreciated!!!
