Server keeps timing out

Starting last night, and continuing today, the server has timed out on me a few times. The page never loads, and after I leave the window open for a few minutes, Safari gives me an error message saying:

"Safari could not open the page "http://www.gigposters.com/forums/...[path here]..." because the server stopped responding."

In general, even when the site does load, it has been impractically slow- pages taking over a full minute to load.

I've loaded other websites to make sure the bottle neck is not on my end.

Yep .. one of the scheduled tasks was screwing up the server, and I think I have it sorted out now. Only time will tell..

Arg!

It's doing it again, plus logging me out every time a page does load, and when I try to post, it gives me this error:
