    Default Protected Files?

This isn't really a PROBLEM or anything, but I thought this was the place to ask. So, are some of the .jpg files on this site protected? By that I mean, I often drag an image file to my desktop (not for use for anything other than looking at it on my computer) and sometimes these files can't be opened. I get an error message saying that "Couldn't open the file. It may be corrupt or a file format that Preview doesn't recognize."

So, any thoughts on why that might be happening? It's not with all files - I would say only every now and then that it happens.

    Thanks.

Found one. The Bonnie MacLean Pink Floyd: http://www.gigposters.com/posters.php?poster=72733. Matter of fact, it is happening to all of those Fillmore posters that just went up.

I can recall it happening to a few of Slater's files in the past as well.

Its probably a .gif named as a .jpg. Try changing it to a .gif.

I've never come across that. Weird. I grabbed several Jay Ryan, AA, and Dirk Fowler images to make screensavers for my Mac.
