Paypal tech./difficulties

I've received some emails regarding difficulties with the Paypal button for my items. Who do i need to contact? Is this something that is on the GP end or paypal end?

Where is the 'contact' section for the GP site? I haven't been able to locate it.

The contact link is on the bottom right of every page of the site.

When I click on your items, it says:

The seller accepts encrypted website payments only. You cannot pay the seller through un-encrypted buttons. Please contact your seller for more details.

This means you have something set in your PayPal account to only accept encrypted payments. You will need to fix this in your PayPal account in order for it to work.
