Inconsistent Labeling

Hi... this may have happened due to my own failure to follow protocol on the submission form, but a few of my posters are not showing up in the right places. The posters done for bands already on the site (Cat Power, Trans Am) are not in their bands folders. Two posters only say "Submitted by 5Rock" and do not credit any designer, hence they aren't included in the "J. Goldberg" poster list. The only place they seem to exist are in the NEW ARRIVALS area. I LOVE this site and am having a wonderful experience here, so don't think I'm bitching... just trying to get everything figured out. Thanks.

Yup. Thats what I was worried about when I let you guys add your own posters!

Most of the new posters have errors. I am trying my best to clean them up as I go .. but you guys MUST READ.. and FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY.

I am going to try and make it easier through the form .. so that there are less mistakes..

But for now .. make sure you click the correct circle and choose the designer name from the list... ADD all the bands on the poster using the right name. If the band already exists on the site.. USE IT. Do not add duplicate band names..

All words MUST be proper case (ex. Rolling Stones, The) .. NOT rolling stones or DESIGNERGUY.

What I might end up doing is only approving those posters that are submitted properly to go up.. that way everyone will learn their lesson!

I'll see if I can get the form to work better.. but I am very busy right now.. so its hard for me.

Thanks for everyone's effort. I'm not mad.. just trying to make suggestions that will make everyone happier and help this system work. If anyone has suggestions that might make the online submission form better.. PLEASE respond here..

I may have messed up as well. My new submissions did go in the new arrivals area but not on my page. I'll pay more attention next time, sorry Clay.

Just let me know which ones you want in your section, and I can fix them. I have no problems fixing things..

Ok .. Moms Donkey Show is fixed now. Actually .. I think that that was actually a bug with the online form. It doesn't like apostrophe's .. did you put one in?

I'm working on fixing this problem ASAP..

Hey Clay:

My designer page is missing the Artzilla poster and the 2 color Cat Power.

Also, the Trans Am poster and the Cat Power's aren't the band folders.

I'll pay very close attention next time I'm submitting. Sorry.
