    Arrow Problem submitting new posters

    Hi,

I don't know if this is the right place to mention this- but every time I attempt to upload a new poster I get an error and a white screen at the end. It is a band that's not on here yet (I have 3 I think for them to upload) and it says there is an error with that. But it never specifies what the error is.

I am using Safari- could that be the problem?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

So you see your image on every step of the process? If not .. that means there is something wrong with your image file.

Make sure its a web-compatible jpg or gif file .. and that it is named properly with no strange characters in the name (ex. it should be name something like poster1.jpg).

Whats the band name you are trying to add? Does it have weird characters in it? If so .. don't do it.

I see the image every step of the way, just like always. The band name has an apostrophe in it- is that bad?
