my girlfriend ordered a deck of cards in the beginning of december. Her credit card was charged and she never received the cards. How long does it normally take for these things to get shipped out. Thanks

All orders are shipped out right away (usually next day). They are coming from Canada, so if you do not live in Canada, there can be delays at the borders. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks. After 6 weeks, if you have still not received the order, please contact me.
