Great Indian Rock call for entries poster didnt get approved

Hey, just wanted to know why my call for entries poster for the Great Indian Rock festival held in delhi and mumbai, India didnt get approved, the blurb on the bottom left is what says that people eager to apply should go record their original songs and send in their entries to the Rock Street Journal (The magazine that holds the concert) and also says that whoever wins will get their song featured on a cd...this information is written in hinglish i.e. hindi and english.

Could someone please tell me why it didnt get uploaded?

were there bands listed?

if so, it should have been uploaded. if not, well, there's your reason.

it was for a concert, it was printed to invite bands to send in their entries through which they wouldve been selected for the concert...and it has names of all the bands that have ever played in the Great Indian Rock before listed
