    Default Arminski Posters

What's the deal with Arminski posters? What do you guys think of them?

I like some of the older ones... and the handbills. My favorite one is that really old Marilyn Manson poster. The classic one of Mason as he was on the album "Smells Like Children." Fifteen years later, and I still get a kick out of the image. It always reminds me of chocolate covered razor blades and arsnic flavored jellybeans.

He was the guy that got me collecting posters. At first I was just collecting Arminski posters. I have 10 of them, all with black mat/black frame hanging in my office. I think they look great, they are all the same size with lost of vibrant colors.

Dude... so you published the posters, you sold them, you have inventory of them.. and you really would like to sell some of them

So you go online here and ask me what I think of Arminski posters?

Get some goddamn ethics up your pooper and say in advance who and what you are

    Not kosher

As for your first question, 'what is the deal with Arminski posters' I think that you personally are in the very best position to answer your own question

    What is the deal?

    piemel -

i have no intention of taking anybody's side here, but i would like to suggest you are over-reacting a little. people get on here all the time and do silly little things like that sell crap to us. it happens every single day on GP. i don't see you coming down on them for doing it. so, why now?

is it because you have a problem with that evil word "artrock?" if so, you should take a page from your own playbook and state THAT up front. these stupid rules you endorse (as a diplomat, no less) play BOTH ways, ya know.

no offense. just being straight with you, fella.

My Arminski posters are my favorites in my collection (aside from a couple of choice Koziks). And Mark is a class guy on top of that.

I'm not the one who personally published the Arminski posters. I do really like them though. . . just was looking at some older ones and was interested.

almost all of marks posters were printed at SF&A, ghetto press, or were self published. i've been there for several, and even had a hand in printing one in detroit at marks studio.

that said, mark's shit is what inspired me to collect current posters, and to hack around trying to make shit of my own.

mark's work is an inspiration to me, and on top of that, he's an all around nice guy.

i don't understand why his stuff isn't more celebrated than it is. his stuff is always vibrant and colorful, straight to the point rock posters. i love it.
