poster pricing

How would you price out printing posters if someone wanted you to print a 4-color, 18"x 24" on heavy stock paper. or maybe a 3-color, 9"x 13" on heavy stock paper. I'm trying to figure this out and I can't find much info.

I would do it for free for the exposure and to add to my portfolio.

$1 per pull plus a $40 set up / design fee ( or thereabouts depending on the amount
of films & set ups. )

yeah, and charge them for other people's jobs too.
