yes! The alphabet prints were a huuuuuuge hit at the "preview"... A pregnant lady wanted ALL of them for her baby's nursery, but then realized she wouldn't have enough wall space and settled on the kids' soon-to-be initials instead.

My son LOVES his. He stares at them any time we're in his room. As an added bonus, they've (kind of) brought my wife around to the whole screenprint thing. As opposed to just her rolling her eyes and doing the "jeez, ANOTHER poster".

Yes Yes- art prints, sticker packs, buttons, handmade books, comics, shirts, ... little gifty things too. We have magazine racks now as well, so books and comics and zines are welcome!

Eventually the idea is to start bringing in artists for solo shows each month, and since my studio is also in the space, we could do a workshop with the artist where they actually print something, so people can see how they work.

People are finally starting to "get it" it seems-- the whole screenprinting/handmade thing. For awhile there I was having to explain it all the time. Now it seems like there are two types. The "$20 for a poster! Ohmygod, that's so cheap!" and the "$20 for a poster?! Ohmygod why is it so expensive?"
