    Default Poster framing

Anyone know of a good place online to order poster frames from? I would also like frames for all the setlists I have collected but I'm not sure if they make those. Any help would be appreciated.

    thanks!

american frame is by far the most user friendly and they do a great job packaging everything up. i only wish they had a slightly larger selection of mattes. another pointer is to contact Bainbridge (the brand they carry) and ask for samples of their mattes. I say this because the color you see on the cpu monitor is never the same as it is in real life. I called up their customer service and they sent me 5 folders worth of sample pages with little swatches of the mattes.

awesome! thanks for the advice. One more question for you guys, say I have a poster that is 13 x 28 (or whatever), do I order a frame that is 14 x 29 to make sure it fits properly or do I order an exact 13 x 28 frame?

if you dont want a mat- order it 13x28 (make sure that is the exact size)

They cut the frames the slightest bit larger to ensure a fit.

If you do want a matt- tell them your artwork is 12.5 x 27.5, or 12.75x27.75 ....whatever they suggest subtracting from your dimensions, and then the mat will overlap it slightly so its not just floating in your frame. If you dont tell them your art is smaller than it really is, the mat opening will be the exact size of your artwork.

yeah if anything just use like duct tape but make sure to put it along the entire backside of the poster AND the top and bottom on the front.

I just got 4 prints framed though them for under $200, about a 1/2 of the price when i shopped around locally for customs. American Frame is awesome.
