    Default Selling my posters? Advice?

Good afternoon fellow gig poster aficionados!
I've been designing posters for just over a year now, and want to eventually go full time with illustration and become a self employed freelancer! - GigPosters.com - Julian Dicken
I am still inexperienced with poster sales though, and would very much like to be able to sell digital prints (and screen prints, when I get some done) online, as I am very very poor at the moment, and could do with a bit of extra cash so I can get some bills paid!
Can anyone offer some decent advice? Such as -

    - How to decide the best/fairest price to sell a poster for / per size etc?
    - The best platform to use for sales? (I've noticed you can place ads on gigposters.com, but they seem to be for US dollar sales only, I am based in the UK)
    - The best way to package and send a poster, depending on its size etc?

    Thanks for your time guys!

Hello fellow comrade of the UK.

    - Have a look at the prices other poster artists sell their work at, and price yours accordingly. £10 - £20 seems to be the usual for screenprinted gigposters. Art prints are usually more. Digital prints can be a bit of a grey area - other artists prices as well as the cost of printing should point you in the right direction.

    - You can still place ads on GP.com despite being in the UK, just work out your prices in $US. Many artists also use online stores such as Etsy or BigCartel.

    - Sturdy tubes (my personal preference is 2.5mm thick and 80mm diameter). It's also worth rolling your poster in brown paper or tissue or even putting it inside a plastic sleeve for added protection.

Welcome to the wonderful world of posters and enjoy your stay!

    Dear Graham,
Where the frig can I find sturdy tubes? I've taken to double tubing most of the things I send. This is costly in both materials and time.
    Thanks,
    Drew

Dear Drew, Hi how are you? I have PM'd you with the frig.

    Triple-tubing is the future.

    Peace-out,
    G.

Also, Graham, could you tell me how much it usually cost you to send a standard A2 / A3 print in a tube via royal mail to within the UK / Europe / America etc.
    Cheers! x
