Poster Design - Any Ideas

I've been working on this idea for a while now and i feel like it needs something. when i add things to the negative space, it tends to look too busy. any ideas?

storm clouds with yellow highlight. multiple moons. bark on the branches to match the detail of the skull.

re-draw the title text rather than using a gerneric typeface. Repeated patterns in distressed is amateur hour.

I would make the chunk taken out of the helmet more realistic or something (is it made out of hair? is it one dimensional?). Do something with the fly, like shrink it down to a proper scale, or remove it since it isn't really doing anything.
