I'm trying to find out who designed the poster for this show and also if anyone has any available for purchase...they were sold out by the time I arrived.

Yeah, I think he did that as a diptych. Actually, his Flickr photostream has shots of it as one whole poster and a diptych, but those may have been just progress photos.
