Bioworld Merchandising destroyed my posters

As some may know I was recently fired from my gig at Bioworld merchandising. When I was hired no body knew anything about gigposters so I brought up the favorites in my collection.
To make a long story short they fired me and sent me all of my shit in a box. I found the posters in the bottom of the box with several pounds of paper on top of it all rolled together with a giant rubber band around it. It was completely flat and all the posters on the outside were ripped. All of them were ruined.
Many of the posters in there were trades I did at flatstock and even some etchings that I had traded at school. Things I can never get back. Lessons learned

Yeah. Destruction of personal property is a no-no. Especially willful negligence.

sorry it took so long to get back. Here is a pick just how the bundle was in the bottom of the box. You can tell how they were handled just from this. People that I know at work said that the security guard handled them and they told him how to properly use the posters.

I sent the company an email with a pdf but they just said that they will review there "separations" procedures.
What else can I do?
