Thanks for the compliment! I'd totally forgotten about this. I designed this poster in Dec. 1996 for Gay City, a health group on Capitol Hill. BSK was the screen-printing studio that printed them. Interesting trivia: the Masons were so appalled by the poster, they tried to back out of the rental contract, and informed the group that the event had to be moved or cancelled. Gay City took them to Seattle municipal court, where the judge ripped the Masons a new one, informing them that the event was obviously intended to save lives and ordering them to honor the original contract without delay. The event happened as scheduled. In a report on the Seattle evening news that detailed the controversy, they showed the offending poster -- with the buttcrack PIXELATED! A great moment in my low-life design career. I'm now an artist in New Orleans, and despite the fact that I now show in galleries and museums, I am still an apologetic low-life. Hats off to whoever saved this piece of trash!
