Inspiration Needed

(ooh! First post!)
So, I'm doing a poster for a client who is throwing a cd release party with another artist, and the other artist that we are working with is very specific as to what items must appear on the poster (read : lots of type, photo of each of them and the image of the album they are releasing. In colour. Yeah). So, because I am dealing with these elements (for real, the other artist looks very pedophilic in his photo) - specifically the album artwork - and these two fractioned artists.. I'm having trouble even getting into the game because it's more of a typesetting exercise really, which is cool - but those PICTURES...

Anyway - does anyone have any inspiration of poster art where two separate photos were used - or ideas to get the creative juices flowing in a way to make it all work together? I may explode.

the only advice i'd have is to go in an old style boxing poster direction. sounds like a hot mess though.

Yeah - I was looking at old style boxing posters.. and old school circus "freak show" posters.. but I'm not feeling it. Thanks for the luck!

yep. but more than likely that won't work either. give them exactly what they want, cash the check and don't worry about how it looks.
