I was wondering if any artists out there have ever thought about doing a group collaboration, where different artists all do their own gig, but every poster is the same size and they all connect.. perhaps an image of one large body, one artist does the head, another the torso, another the feet, either reclining horizontally or standing vertically? or just a close up of a face? or something cool that can stand on its own but also be put together, mix it up a little amongst fans and collectors? anyone out there interested? i know Lindsey Kuhn did his own connected scenes set a few years ago..

oh yeah Emek, who thinks anyone wants to work with you, you smell funny and you're weird.
and artists in this scene would never do it, too much rivalry and jealousy... besides, the economy could get worse and then we might have to think of such old gimmicks to attract an audience...

Joke or not. What a great idea. You could do a poster for the WTC or something.
All artists: Jim Altieri, Peter Cardoso, of course Emek, Brian Ewing, et al. Come together in one place to do a killer poster for peace. Everyone, think about it. Not, just for the publicity, which it would give all of you (don't capitalize on tradgedy) but you would be doing it for a reason. I could definetly help in that area. Magsidol

I think it's a great idea.Colloborate maybe hooking up two by two and doing some kind of poster related to your thought or feelings about this tragedy.We should think about it,talk about it,get a date to complete it all and mybe debut it here on gigposters sometime in the future.I would not mind if proceeds from the sale of them went to a good cause like the red cross or something of that nature. I don't know I'm just throwing out ideas.Let me know what you other guys and gals think.
