I like that second poster all right. The type at the top should not be stretched or pulled. You should pretty much never stretch fonts out, warping and bending can be ok, just not stretching. The box at the bottom with type in it needs attention too, i feel like that little type is drowning in that bigass frame.

I like the illustration and the colors seem mostly alright, except the pink. It's jumping forward, too vibrant for a background color vs. the rest of the colors in the piece.
