Hey this is something I'm working on.

What do you think?

Simplify.
It is too busy and has too many elements fighting for attention.

Pare down the number of colors and fonts to a bare minimum. Try to have one point of focus and let everything else be secondary and support, not detract from it.

I would go with just Strummer's face (much bigger) in the middle and lose the 2 wankers in the montage.

Scale down those logos!

Wankers? Those are also Joe. I agree though... One big Joe is better than three smaller Joes. Then again, can you really have too much Joe Strummer?

I am not friends with any of those people anymore. Asswipes.

wankers?!? that's young joe and old joe.

I've enlarge main joe and I'm gonna meld the other 2 into the main a bit more.
I really wanna have the 3 joes young, clash era and older joe. Kinda a visual lineage of a mans life... or something.

I'm gonna tone down the messyness too.

the problem with poster is I spent 5 days staring at it and I cant tell if it's good or bad. I have trouble telling from staring at it for so long. I had alot of people say "great" "i dig it" but a couple say that there's issues with it.

so I though gigposters.com would critically kick my arse (in a good way)

I would take the "drum media...." off the top and put below the headline and much smaller... bump up "Joe Strummer" after all it is about him... and really pare down the band name sizes... not sure what size this is, but I would scale down all the other type as well... If people see "Joe Strummer Tribute" and they are interested they will take a closer look and find out what bands and where... I would also commit to stronger colours... red/gold/green is fitting... but the watered down palette you are using is a washout... go bold... like Joe

my two cents
