i think the last assignment kinda blew it for the rest of them...at least for a while.

as far as this one goes, for me at least- theres too many restrictions, it feels too much like REAL school instead of something fun. i dunno, i kinda feel like id be doing the work for a teacher that writes their own class book (you know, that kind of inflated ego teacher) and not my peers. i dunno, i mean no offense- no person has given that impression, its just the assignment itself...

thats just me though.

I just don't have the opportunities to work on it as I should: I have some ideas but I can't give them the treatment they deserve. I can't even find time to get high, lately.....

Is there like a deadline on this or something. Because without a small yet real 'sense of urgency' this will stay on the back burner for many people.

Meh ... not about my ego at all. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what kind of assignments theyd like to do? I kinda look at is as doing an actual job as opposed to doing stuff for your peers. I have a few more assignments laid out but im open to input.

oh i didnt take that as an attack.... I totally got where you were coming from. I was just saying it wasnt about me and im open to suggestions is all.

poster CLASS - I look at this as practice working within a givin set of restrictions hence the term CLASS. I can work all day without limits and alot of my clients give me free reign as well part of the FUN is finding a solution to a design problem under strict requirements. I might not always succeed at it but I do learn alot from the process.
Currently I am happy with the way this is going granted I wasn't around during the old poster classes. I only hope that this doesn't get dropped or bogged down with alot of bullshit posts much like this one.

My only suggestion would be for some of the pros stop by once in a while to give us rooks a little guidance and feedback.
