The black boxes don't make any sense to me graphically. The fonts are weak. The rainbow- IF it's supposed to be a rainbow- has it's colors out of order. If it's supposed to be a design element, and not a rainbow, then there's way too many colors.

Lose the top box, especially, and re-do the text.
