Cesar Jara a.k.a. CSR Jara was born in Buenos Aires in 1984.
His artistic training began in 1996 when at Marino Santamarina artist's studio, in 1997 entered the National School of Fine Arts Manuel Belgrano from which he graduated in 2003 earning the title of National Teacher of Drawing.
Between late 2002 and mid-2003 performs 9 murals on walls of businesses Av.Regimiento Patricios in Barracas and La Boca, part of the Muralist Group Art Fighters.
In 2005 published the fanzine "Nariz de Payaso" (Clown Nose) while attending the comic workshop by Salvador Sanz.
In 2006, the project faces facet CSRJARA RockDsg exploring illustration for bands q is maintained until today.
