Scarlet Rowe was born in NYC. Having spent most of his life as a musician, he has now moved in to the medium of visual communication. He's taken his flair for the aesthetic and crafted a visual style that allows distinct representation without losing the ability to allure and imprint.
The objective is to create bold, clean and highly attractive images that are subtle, yet effective and memorable.
Inspired by 60's pop art, propaganda style and rock imagery alike, Scarlet Rowe creates a contemporary take on vintage style.
Currently, "Bowery Live", an ongoing poster series designed by Scarlet Rowe used to promote high profile live music events for men's clothing designer John Varvatos, is on display at Varvatos Boutiques in NYC, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Miami Beach and The Hard Rock in Las Vegas.
