Illustrator mainly. 'real' doc making apps scare / confuse me
I don't think this software does what you need in regards to sending to galleries, but it's an AWESOME inventory database for keeping track of your artwork (I just need to sit down & enter all the data---ugh).
Arawak
Arawak is the maker--the software is called 'Flick!'.

yeah i'm trying to figure out how to modify excel templates and am going nowhere fast.
illustrator it is!
Actually in FLICK! you can create an inventory list for galleries. I just checked.
I'm telling you--for $30 usd this is the best software I've run into for artist inventory. YOU DON't HAVE TO WRITE or CREATE CELS!!! It's done.
i'm gonna check that out judge , thanks for the rec. need to get organized . i don't even know what we have/don't have anymore
i have a lame Word doc that is super simple and easy to adapt / swap out info for the studio / gallery / store. i just edit and save as a PDF to send with my work. it's made my life a ton easier.
if anyone wants a template-y copy, just let me know.
i like fun.
